ATTENTION ALL EMPLOYEES AND FOLLOWERS!
We have identified an increase in fake emails, job advertisements, and messages (including WhatsApp and social media) falsely claiming to be from Alwasail.
These are attempts by scammers to steal your information or compromise security.
Alwasail employees will NEVER request any payments, bank card PINs, passwords, or the activation code sent to your mobile phone.
How to Spot a Fake Email or Message?
Check the sender’s address: Official emails from Alwasail only come from @alwasail.com.
Beware of urgency: Scammers often create panic or pressure you to act quickly.
Avoid clicking links or downloading attachments: Only interact with trusted sources.
Look for inconsistencies: Typos, poor formatting, or unusual requests are red flags.
What You Can Do?
Verify: Double-check emails, WhatsApp messages, or direct messages claiming to be from Alwasail.
Report: Send suspicious messages or emails to itsupport@alwasail.com.
Ignore: Don’t reply or share personal info with unverified senders.
